Brad Smith


Brad Smith, Co-Owner of Simplehome, has over 40 years in Consumer Electronics, having operated the longest running custom home electronics business in the Boston area and been actively involved in two national associations, the Custom Electronics Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) and the Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA). He is known for his superb Customer Relationship skills and focus on the downstream service relationship with his customers. He is a Certified Outreach Instructor. On a personal level, Brad skis, hikes and flyfishes at his weekend home in the Berkshires, has volunteered in a soup kitchen for 30 years and is a member of the Knighthood of Port Wine.



Greg Brett, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is responsible for all aspects of simpleHome processes within the organization responsible for revenue-generating functions to drive predictable growth. Greg is a seasoned executive and business owner that has risen through a successful sales career. Greg works to connect different revenue-related functions with a focus on improving sales performance, managing product and pricing strategy, and recurring revenue platforms which all contribute to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction and retaining long lasting clients.

Greg is a visionary and owns the go to market strategy. He understands that having an obsession over data is healthy. The fuel for these decisions is through smart CRM software that has been implemented to bring every aspect of the company and team together with a focus on the customer. Growing revenue can only happen when building and growing the people and culture. Greg leads with mentoring his teams and motivating a workplace that drives people to do their best.



Bob is a 34+ year industry veteran and a technologist at heart, his passion derived from years spent running successful A/V business. With a proven track record of leading high-performance teams, driving sales, and creating engineered focused designs - all with the goal of simplifying the process and delivering exceptional service to the client throughout the project milestones. Bob has a deep understanding of what’s involved on a daily bases and stives to keep all stakeholder aligned throughout the process.

As Chief Operating Officer, Bob is focused on implementing policies to promote company efficiency, quality of work, culture and strategic vision while overseeing day to day operations to keep our business on track. Previous rolls in Sales Management, Design, and Engineering have set the foundation and guiding principles on how to deliver world - class projects over the years.

Bob is a skilled communicator, effective leader and driven businessperson who can spur company growth. He fosters a positive, and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.



Dan Abramson has been focused on demystifying technology and innovative designs since 2004. Dan brings a unique perspective having spent much of this time on the manufacturing side of the industry across the Northeast including New York and New England. This experience created a skill set for managing resources, team alignment, and goal achievement with a specialty in creating partnerships to add value to businesses as well as clients. Dan’s creativity and collaboration in commercial and residential projects holds a common theme; technology should be seamlessly integrated into lifestyle and always easy to use.
